The company was incorporated in the 2013 and the principal director being a Girish K. Hate. The company directors have a long association with the construction industry from the year 1983 as employee with AFCONS to the formation of a consultancy firm Ms Geotechnical Consultants in year 1988.

Subsequently as the work scope and contracting work increased the proprietary firm was made into a private limited firm. The interior works were subsequently undertaken in the name of Luxury Homes.
